Athens registration problems

Some people have found that when they're registering for an Athens password (see http://www.eel.nhs.uk/eel/passwords.htm) the pages of the online registration form don't display properly.

A solution that sometimes works is to clear your temporary Internet files. You can do this in Internet Explorer by clicking Tools in the top menu bar, selecting Internet Options and clicking Delete Files. Then close Internet Explorer and try again from the start. You may need to click Refresh when you get to the page that caused problems.
